“We had a 3 night stay in a very well appointed room. It was large with à separate Bath and shower. Plenty of room for our dog to stretch out. Dog walking heath within walking distance and a small garden to the rear for emergency toilet !! Well positioned for trips to the beaches, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Dogs very welcome. We had a very happy stay.”

“A lovely place to stay but unfortunately there was a power cut during our stay, why on earth they thought they could still book people in for meals is beyond belief, they should have offered only cold options instead they was still offering the full menu, ridiculous, my husband and I was waiting for 2 hours with no one coming to tell us if we could eat , we had a shared starter which wouldn’t feed one person let alone two, I know the power cut was not their fault but we do think there was a lack of communication, this was our wedding anniversary meal and we do feel let down”

“Stayed for three nights, nice hotel, nice food and nice staff, very welcoming and very dog friendly. Good central location for sightseeing.”

“The whole team were welcoming and approachable. My dog, and plenty of others, were also made to feel just as welcome as the human guests and she quickly realised that mealtimes meant sausages! A lovely place to stay with a dog.”

“We totally enjoyed our lovely weekend stay at the Westleton Crown with our golden retriever. We were welcomed at all times, the room was comfortable and had a dog ben, bowl, towel and treats. There was a fan in the room as it was a very hot day so we were very grateful for that. The restaurant and staff were very good, and we would recommend.”

“We had a fab weekend at the Westleton Crown....super dog friendly. The food is delicious and we were very happy that there was jazz in the garden on Sunday afternoon! Westleton is convenient to visit many of the lovely Suffolk coastal towns such as Aldburgh, Dulwich and Southwold. Westleton itself is a pretty village. Our room at the top of the main building was a good size and we had a roll top bath, always a favourite for me.”
