“The pub is in such a quaint beautiful village with walks right on your doorstep and also nearby some lovely towns to explore. It’s perfectly dog friendly, they even give your dog a sausage at breakfast! Highly recommend as the food is also very good.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Ask for a ground floor room direct with premises if steep stairs a problem for your dog/dogs. Take torch and high viz for after dark dog walks

“Rooms were fantastic, as was the food. Incredibly dog friendly too which was great. Ideal location also for visiting the beach/forest for dog walks. Service was friendly and polite if a little on the slow side during dinner service (took quite some time to get drinks which arrived pretty much at the same time as the food). Would definitely recommend/stay again!”

“We were very happy with our 2 night stay with our dog. Room was fine and the breakfasts and evening meals were excellent . The field behind the pub was very handy.”
