“I have found that the permaguard anti condensation paint that i used from you is thinner than the previous ones that i have used from you.lt is packaged in a new style tub so you have made changes. As the thermal paint was thinner than before I found this disapointing and will look at other makes.”
Hi Robert. Sorry to hear that you noticed a change with your latest order. We rebranded and reformulated to a thinner consistency but the product is the same quality. We hope that you'll still be pleased with the results!
“Unfortunately, it did not work as advertised, so I am very disappointed with this product. The wall still gets wet because of condensation, the same as before the application of the paint. No warming of the wall effect at all. As much as I'm happy with the other Permagard product, I had purchased in the past, this one was a total waste of money. Bobbling appeared after the second coat had dried and got wet overnight because of the little condensation.”

“Paint went on well. The first tin I bought,, the paint came in a plastic bag which was a bit of a nuisance. The second tin took about 20 mins to open which was very frustrating.”
