We're glad to hear you're drifting back off in the night. That's possibly down to the lemon balm. Many people with disrupted sleep say they wake in the night, and feel their brain immediately switch on. Like a tv playing all channels at once. It's that constant internal chatter that stops them from getting back to sleep.

“So far it is NOT working for me. It seemed to help at first, however, I had to quit it for about three weeks as I had to prepare for major surgery. I was in the hospital for 6 days. I slept through three days and nights due I am sure to the anaesthesia. Since I have been home, it does NOT seem to be working at all.
