“I've been sleeping much better, falling asleep within a hour after taking your sleep product. Would recommend this for those who have trouble falling asleep. A bit pricey though.”
“I have tried pretty much everything over the counter as well as prescribed med for insomnia. Rx meds leave me with a next day headache and feeling off. Most over the counter things have side effects of some sort but typically don’t work. This is the first thing I’ve tried that helps. No morning after issues. It takes about 3 weeks to really be effective. I actually wake refreshed most mornings which has been unheard of for me for 35 years. I’m a light sleeper and can’t seem to get more than 5 to 6 hours . That’s the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. That being said it’s still by far the best thing I’ve ever used.”
“I have been able to fall asleep so much faster when I take this product. However I took off one start because I still wake up frequently through the night. I have also found that if I take more than two tablets I feel groggy in the morning. But sometimes two tablets is needed for me to fall asleep.”
