“The supplement seems to work for the onset of sleep. I generally start feeling drowsy 15-20 minutes after taking two capsules.
However, falling asleep never was an issue for me; my main problem is staying aspleep through the night and it does not seem to help, as I keep waking up at around 4 a.m.
For that, high-ish dose of melatonin (5 mg) works better, but you apparently can't take it long term.
So 4 stars, because it will help you fall asleep if that's your issue.”
