Tbh I have not experienced substantial differences in my sleep quality. It is not what I expected for the price of the product.

Hey Erick, thank you for sharing your experience with us, we're sorry to hear it's not giving you the results you were hoping for yet. A couple of things to try are: 1. Taking consistently, every night for 30 days. Since Sleep is made with natural, herbal ingredients, it works in a gentle, cumulative way. Some other sleep products we know of, do give you that instant knock-out effect, but this is often down to synthetic ingredients that will make you feel groggy the next day. Sleep gently builds, so the more consistent you are, the better the result. 2. If you've already been doing the above, you can safely increase the dosage to up to 4 capsules per night. It may be that you need a higher dose than others. Let us know how you get on—we’re here to help and this is all useful feedback to hear from our community.
It seems to help me get to sleep - I still wake up at night but able to get back to sleep. Works well.

Hey Vanessa, this is really interesting - and great to hear! Everybody's sleep habits are so different aren't they—I'm sure you've had these conversations with friends! Some struggle to get to sleep, some struggle to stay asleep, some have chattering brains that make all of the above a challenge. Didn't have any benefit, still woke up after 3 to 4 hours and couldn't get back to sleep.

Regarding the dosage, you can increase it to a maximum of 4 capsules per day if needed. It's disappointing to hear you weren't able to get back to sleep. I bought this supplement for my husband. He doesn’t have any problems falling asleep, but he struggles to stay asleep past 4am. And when he wakes, his brain switches on immediately, his heart rate rises and his feet get very restless and twitchy. It’s like his body thinks it’s time to get up. Taking one capsule daily does seem to help him sleep for a little longer. He says that when he does wake, even if there’s not a huge improvement in length of time asleep, he feels calmer and more relaxed. So it’s possible to rest and get back to sleep, rather than his body kicking straight back into action and him being wide awake.

This has worked pretty well for me. I use it as part of a stack of supplements to help with insomnia. I'm currently using the old formula though with the sea buckthorn.

Finding it hard to sleep with nerve pain following a vaccination that clearly went a bit wrong! Read the reviews and thought I would give this a try. It has really helped me and although I still wake in the night I do drift back off to sleep. I have re-ordered as don't want to be without this product and would definitely recommend 'Sleep' especially as the ingredients are all natural and you do not wake feeling groggy!

James, this is really good to hear. You make so many interesting points in your review. We're glad to hear you're drifting back off in the night. That's possibly down to the lemon balm. Many people with disrupted sleep say they wake in the night, and feel their brain immediately switch on. Like a tv playing all channels at once. It's that constant internal chatter that stops them from getting back to sleep. Lemon balm boosts GABA. Which can help with feelings of anxiety (which is often the source of that 'internal chatter'). Meanwhile Montmorency tart cherry relieves and relaxes muscle and joint aches - making it easier to slip back into sleep. The dream team. Literally. That zero grogginess is great isn't it!
