“I don't care for the new look... I was able to take just 2 a day before. One in the morning and one one at night ...now I take 1 in the morning and 2 at night ... it's working and I love the vegan because I am allergic to all fish...just like the old one better. “I've been taking these for 4 months now and can't see what effect they're having. I've been told that it takes up to 6 months to kick in and see any change though so I will stick with it.
The only criticism I have is the postage cost. If I buy multiples then I get offered free postage. In this current cost of living crisis, I don't have the financial capacity to order more than one item at a time. I feel I'm being penalised for not being able to spend more money, which doesn't seem reasonable right now. I do understand that everyone, including businesses are struggling, but I wish there was a fairer way to do this. I also know that most businesses do this, but again it only benefits those who are able to spend more money. Maybe introduce a loyalty scheme with reduced postage or something else to encourage people who don't have so much monthly disposable income to support your business and not look elsewhere? It would be really appreciated and keep me shopping with you.”

“Very happy with this product, I have already ordered a 3-months supply twice. I think I am starting feeling the benefits is a regular intake of omega 3 in my body, which feels supple. The only thing is that the recommended daily dose was 1 tablet on my first batch and now it is 3 tablets. I guess the content of the tablets have changed but, I must admit, I preferred the previous way”
Hi Maria, we're happy to hear you're feeling the benefits of Omega 3. You're right, we recently modified the formula to deliver an improved, more resilient and leak-proof softgel. In response to customer feedback, we also reduced the capsule size, making the softgels easier and more comfortable to swallow.

“Amazing vitamins but is let down by poor packaging. The Tablets get clumped together and leak from the outer shell within a month of opening even after having the silica gel in the box. This has happened twice to me being regular with this vitamin. When the tablet gets leaked, very difficult to swallow with the smell. I hope Performance Lab changes the package to prevent this going forward.”

“I appreciate that your brand is soy-free, gluten-free and lactose-free as it’s difficult to find products that are clean as someone with food allergies. I have used for a couple years now, no fishy aftertaste. High quality product, I would recommend. Shipping process pretty good considering I live in Canada.”
