“These are the best Omega-3 supplements I've ever taken. (1) They are vegan, which is important to me personally. (2) There is no taste or smell of fish, which I experienced with all the other supplements I tried. And (3) my skin condition has completely disappeared (I used to have intermittent dry, flaky skin on my hands). They are a bit more expensive than other Omega-3 supplements, but (for me) they're worth it.”

Jason this is fantastic feedback. 3 capsules per serving may feel like a slightly odd number! The reason for 3 is that we listened to feedback regarding the size of our softgels. In 2022 we decided to make them smaller for ease of swallowing. That meant the dosage went from 2 to 3 for daily recommendation.

“I have been using your omega-3's for over two years. I subscribed and I'm always happy to see that I have them on hand. I take them because my eye doctor advised me. My eyes are doing very well. Today's eye test said I have 2020 vision in one eye and 2025 in the other eye. I have a macular hole in each eye. I don't wear glasses. Thank you for such a good product.”
