“To be quite honest, I really feel like I'm getting the benefits of this multi-vitamin. So if I'm benefiting psychologically, then it must be helping me. I know that doesn't make a lot of sense to a lot of people but I feel your mind and the way you think has so much to do with the way you feel. Plus I try to work out(treadmill, weights and floor exercises) 5-6 days a week. I'm retired so I have the time.”
