“I`ve been suffering from lower back pain for many years. Having started taking 2 tablets per day, I`ve notice some relief recently. However, only time will tell as to the long term benefits. I will be ordering some more in the meantime. Will write another review in about 3 months time.”
“Flex didn't have any negative effects, but had ABSOLUTELY no positive effect on my back condition. Much of my back problem is the loss in much of my cartilage on the bottom 5 vertebrates. Only painful when I walk 100 feet or more, so hardly driving me out of my mind.
My ex wife uses all kinds of these pills from any advertiser to maintain her health. I always laughed at her, but just decided to try this. Waste of my money I'm afraid. Wish I hadn't purchased two months worth now. But it's almost all gone and that'll be it for me.

“I cannot offer a rating or feedback now. I purchased Flex for my wife (~69 yrs. old) who has osteoarthritis in her knees. She recently received a cortisone shot and wants to wait until its effects are gone before she tries Flex. Any recommendations or comments are appreciated. I sure do hope that this product will provide some relief and restoration of her knee joints. I put in three stars to satisfy the requirement.”

I have been taking flex for a month and my shoulder pain is not progressing. Too early to be sure but optimistic.”
