“Compared to the Trickers Kensington I usually buy this pair of shoes is not OK. A bit larger than usual and the right shoe is really too large on the heel end. Shoe tends to slip out of foot at every step.”

Dear Mr T Thank you for kindly giving us 5 stars when reviewing our company, this is very much appreciated. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the fitting of this shoe. David tells me he did discuss the fact that suede versions of shoes can sometimes fit differently due to the different properties of the material - in particular some customers find the suede versions to fit larger. As ever, if there is a fault with the shoes you can return them free of charge and we will have them checked by Trickers on the original last. Otherwise, it may be that a simple leather insole with or without thicker socks could resolve the problem you have experienced.
