Thanks for your feedback. All the directions, address, and contact details of the car park are found within the confirmation email that we send to you at the time of your booking. We've also not heard anything from you regarding this.
Thanks for your feedback. Car parks receive notification of your booking straight away. If you'd shown them copy of your booking confirmation email, that would have shown as proof and they would have been able to find your booking.
