Terrible service. Document said you would monitor flight arrival and meet att he designated spot outside and I would not need to contact you. On getting there there was no one present nor my car. Rang the office to be told they are on the way with the car. 20 minutes later still no one arrived with my car. Rang back and was told again that they were on the way with my car. 20 minutes later. After a total of 45 minutes in the cold stood waiting for my car it arrived. I paid for a service which was not provided. I will advising every person I know to never book with you as you are a terrible company.

I was late! I didn't realise it was a meet and greet 'booking' as the confirmation said to call 20 mins before so assumed it was just between the times. But everything was sorted for me even though the mistake was mine! I was travelling on my own and didn't really know my way to the airport. So thankyou, the gentleman still came and collected my car and for that I'm very grateful. Will book again.

Completely unreliable. I paid extra for them to come pick my car up at the airport when I was going and when I flew back into the airport they were supposed to have my car ready for me at the airport so I could go straight away… when I was leaving they were 10 minutes late to pick the car up and when they were supposed to drop it off when I flew back in they were 30 minutes late and they didn’t even drop the car off because someone didn’t turn into work so they picked me up 30 minutes late in a shitty old ford transit and all the guy did was complain about having to do his job the whole journey and didn’t apologise at all. What an absolute joke. And they didn’t even offer me any sort of refund or anything like that. So I will never be using this company again it would be easier to leave your car at home and get a taxi or friend drop you off as this company does not provide the service it claims it does.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Your car should have been returned to you at the airport on your return, as this is what is supposed to happen. We will speak to the car park about this to understand what went wrong. Again, please accept our apologies on this.

Our car was picked up in front of Liverpool Airport which what we paid for. On our way back, nobody bring the car, I have been told someone will pick us up. We have been waiting over an hour with small baby through the night. One gentleman was left on his own to pick up calls, pick up people and hand them car keys. I will definitely complain and expect refund for the service We have paid for. Company should think how they treat employees, this gentleman was extremely patient and helpful

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. Sadly the car park had some staff members call in sick leaving a very limited staff, which caused a knock on effect to the operations all evening. The car park have been going for over 14 years and look after their staff very well, which is a credit to the gentleman who helped you.

The car park is well managed, transport to the terminal is quick and well organised. The only weird thing was, that you had to pay extra for the transport to the terminal, otherwise you were dropped down 5 minutes walk from the terminal.
