“Absolutely shocking service, would never use again. Did not receive the service I paid for and staff were very rude, over half an hour late when returning car even though we paid for meet and greet. That was not the only issue but too many to mention”
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this with the car park you parked with. There should not be any swearing. The car park have been parking cars at Liverpool airport for over 15 years, they are a reputable company. We will be in touch with the car park to understand what has happened.

“Having listened to Matt Allwright on the One Show just before we came away I was beginning to worry about the arrangement and what might happen or be done to our car in our absence! In the end, we need not have worried, speedy and efficient service meant that our car was collected neatly from us in the early hours of Monday morning, before a 6.15 am flight, and restored to us perfectly upon our return to Liverpool a week later. The car had been nowhere in the meantime and was in g]the condition we had left it. No problems at all. Will use again.”
