“The best service to easy dropped right outside the airport and picked up as soon as we got there was really easy only thing is we had to pay to drive out of where the car was dropped off and we didn’t know this other than that it was 10/10”
“We followed the instructions as provided and check in was smooth with about a 5 minute wait for them to collect the car. On return, I had put the wrong date in and when I rang at 1.30 in the morning they said they didn't expect us till the next day. This was totally my fault but they pulled the stops out, found our car which was behind several others due out before our scheduled date and they brought it round to the car park within about 20 minutes. They were a really good price and I can't fault their service with a smile even when I caused havoc in the middle of the night!”
Thanks for your feedback. I can see you booked a meet and greet service so you would have met the driver at the airport as per the instructions on the email you were sent when you booked.
“No real problems going. Coming back we were left for an hour in storm Kathleen waiting where they asked us too. I rang 3 times, was told they were ten mins away, then 2 mins away, then the third time was told they didn’t know I was waiting. An hour later someone turned up with my car and advised I then need to pay for the car park to exit however after seeing how disgruntled and cold we were he agreed to pay this himself. The man who came eventually was apologetic but I won’t be using this service again.”
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. With the storm, this caused all sorts of disruption for the car parks. They should have been with you quicker than an hour though. We will speak to the car park to understand further.
