“Collection on arrival was first class, for some reason on return we had to wait in the rain for 20+ minutes before the car was returned requiring 3 phone calls before we could obtain a response.”
“Waited half hour for the car when I was told it would be waiting for me .. that’s after I called to confirm it was ther and answered my phone call with the worst attitude and told I basically will have to wait as long as it takes”

“Brilliant jut drive in to the express drop off someone there to meet you and right across the road your in the terminal and when you return phone up and someone there in a matter of 5 mins very good”
“When looking to book, I realised it wouldn’t work as we were in my partners taxi and nobody else would be insured to drive it even for a short distance, so I pressed ‘back’ on the booking screen, instead it took the money and confirmed my booking. I contacted the phone number provided on the booking and left a message, and nobody has got back to me even still. If I had been trying to contact them to arrange the meet and greet I would still be waiting. I had to make another booking directly with the airport long stay and pay again. So, out of pocket, and nobody even called back after I left my number on the message”

The telephone number on the confirmation email is for the car park that you would have booked with, rather than directly for us. We didn’t receive any email or call from you at Parking Up. I will take this up with the car park to ask why no one came back to you.
