“The overall experience was good. However, on our return to Liverpool airport we had to wait a while to be collected. This was due their being 1 driver to transport between the airport and the car park.”
“A really good service, good directions provided, good information provided, a quick check in service and a short transfer to airport, bus got full quickly and some had to wait for next bus, On our return quick call to office to let them know we were ready but this was my only negative issue, it was raining heavily and there was no cover at pick up point and bus took 15 mins to arrive so we were wet through although we squeezed into a small bus shelter when passengers had boarded bus, in these conditions it could do with bus being close by for collection as they know flight number and can check details, There would not have been an issue if dry so we will pack a waterproof jacket just in case. The staff were polite, professional and helpful, great service and had no problems apart from weather issue, would recommend and I will use again”
“On arrival at IN2 car park,went to reception to confirm my parking then onto minibus to Liverpool airport,on returning to UK phoned IN2 and minibus came within eight minutes,back to car park and my car was waiting at reception point.Excellent service and would recommend strongly.”
“Parked up and was transferred straight away to airport,on return after phoning the number provided we had to wait about 20 mins to be picked up which was no big problem.”
“Everything was as expected, the only thing to mention is that once we land and call them to pick up us there were many people waiting for them which is understandable and two vans which is acceptable too, the problem is that it was a bit of chaos as people once see a van run to take a seat without any rules. I think you should have more control on which van pick up which persons, by for example letting know the driver the names so it can be a more fair way to be picked up. Other than that, everything brilliant.”
