“Arrival was great, lovely staff & easy to do. Collection wasn't good as they didn't know we was coming even though had flight details they just went off booking as I booked the full day to cover delays. Then awaiting for the pick up at 2am, a group of people went in front of us with no care as we told them we had already been waiting 20 min & driver said nothing. Then nearly happened again with the next mini bus and we sorted it but was nearly getting pushed pass. I understand people want to get home but need to be a system in place for people waiting first. Car was secure and safe”
