“Quite hard to find a place, dropping off to airport was ok, took a little bit of time, and then picking up on the way back was pretty bad, very rude driver didn't want to allow my wife with kid to sit where she wanted so I had to say to him something, when drop back to pick up the car it wasn't even ready, we had to wait until they took it out from the back, frozen windows as minus temperatures were at that time and we had to wait outside with our 3yr old for the car. Definitely not using this parking again and people with kids, Definitely use closer parking next to airport.”
“Amazing staff what can I say more. Our car batery died on pick up. Before we even came to pick up our car, they started our car and warmed it up as it was freezing outside. Thank you!”
“Not great pick up service only one bus we was left waiting in the rain 30 minutes with to young kids cause bus was full.
Despite this I will use this car park again
And just get a taxi around when landing next time as is very close to airport and car is in secure parking and we'll looked after.”
