“initially this car park was fab, we arrived - dropped car off and got transferred to airport all within 10-15 minutes and staff were lovely however we were let down on our arrival back in the uk. when myself and my partner phoned the compnay to make them aware that we had collected our cases and was ready to be picked up we were told that theyll try to be quick but a load of fights just landed. we were stood waiting for over 1 hour at 4am as they only have 1 mini van in the company taking 4/5 people at a time and there were massive queues of people waiting to be collected by them. we had a 3 hour drive home and had been travelling all day so having to wait in the cold for over an hour at that time of the morning just wasnt very great. they get our flight details so surely would of known that there was multiple flights landing roughly at same time so should hage been a little more prepared or had more drivers on.”
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were waiting an hour. Sometimes if many flights arrive at the same time together, it can create a small wait understandably due to the amount of people that then need to be collected for their car.
“Utterly shocking ! And will Never use company again and would recommend everyone to avoid company. Car was damaged and company accept no responsibility. Damage was inside vehicle and do only could have been caused by a member is staff and deliberately tried to cover up damage and failed to advise me when car was collected. They expect you to fully inspect ur vehicle at 03:30 in a dark car park before leaving site . No ideal but you can check outside my damage was inside and will cost hundreds of pounds to rectify”
