Thanks for your feedback. We have spoken with the car park who advised that your time of return was a different time to when you returned, meaning that it was in a different row of cars to bring up to reception, which sadly caused the delay whilst the car park moved the cars.
“Payment, timing, pick-up and customer service was great. Please just clean up the office a little and outside cabin toilet which was a disgrace.
