“No issues personally with parking or transfer. Early hours transfer to airport fine with very polite driver. At office on return I witnessed a very unpleasant exchange between staff and a customer. Aggressive male staff shouting at lady at counter he felt had an ‘attitude problem’, although I witnessed no such thing. Very intimidating, unprofessional and uncalled for. I will not book with them again as a result of witnessing such bullying. Be wary.”
