“We called to say we were 20 minutes away as directed in our confirmation text message only to be told they couldn't find our details and that they were alone in the office so could we call back when we were 5 minutes away. We did and were told to go to the express parking and they would meet us as soon as possible.
When the gentleman met up he then said we had to pay an additional £5 for the express car park which we disputed but he wouldn't take our car until we had done it. We had to fill out paperwork on the car park as he still couldn't find our booking details.
On arrival back to Liverpool, we called and someone brought our car pretty quickly. He pulled up, jumped out, left the car running and said we needed to pay £5 again on exit, before he ran off.

I'm sorry to hear that the car park provider was not ready for you. They are given all of your information to be ready for you in advance of your arrival. We will speak to them about this.
