“0 star. Didn't use them in the end and took the loss and decided to go elsewhere. Their name alone implies an association with John lennon airport, when the reality is these pirates ask for your car keys and drive them over 7 miles....at law-breaking speeds, to industrial estate parking and have lots of reports of damaging your property and stealing items left in the car. Awful and scummy.”
Hi, thanks for your review. This is incorrect, the car park do not drive your vehicle over 7 miles, nor at law-breaking speeds. The car park you booked with have been parking cars safely for over 20 years. Imagine's name does not imply any association with the airport, and are completely separate to Liverpool airport. As you can see on our reviews, this car park is reviewed very highly by customers who have booked and stayed at the car park. We have not heard from you in relation to your booking.
“No hassle and easy service within walking distance of the airport, only complaint I have is the price seems to increase each time I use it, if they had a fixed price or a discount for regular users I wouldn’t need to keep shopping around for the best price. First time was £17 then £21 then £23 and now they want £26! Very strange”
“Very helpful and good location with short walk to departures. We made an error in our booking and came to collect our car a day earlier - the guy was very helpful and did everything to help us access our car by moving other cars for us - very helpful and efficient- would recommend as good value as long as you are happy with a short walk to the airport”
