“Got to give a star and on my experience 1 star is probably about right as was advertised as transport to and from the airport that is no longer available i should have received information about this and offered to cancel with full refund or been offered at a lower price but had neither. Luckily it wasn't raining on the walks on both to and from the airport which is around 7mins each way. Would I use again? No”
“Signage to site was poor and there was no indication of where to park the car when arriving on site. Ended up trying to follow shouted instructions from a guy in another vehicle that were difficult to hear. Then they seemed to have no record of my booking but that was resolved by showing the email confirmation on my 'phone.
Return was also a bit wierd as just asked what car I was there to collect slammed key down on counter and said it's out the front (which it was but not that easy to see as black car in a very dimly lit outer parking area so it would have helped to have some indication of where to look for it). To be fair there was one guy trying to juggle several customers at once so I imagine he was a bit stressed.
End of they looked after my car for a week with no issues but the customer service leaves a little to be desired.
Would probably use again because its relatively low cost compared to on airport prices and it's only a five minute walk from the car park to the terminal. I have actually used them before many years ago but couldn't remember exact location relative to my approach to the airport so would have appreciated clearer signage. Reason I remember using them previously was a nice welcome both on drop off and return including from a large but friendly German Sheperd dog which my kids, who were then small, adored.”
“I was given a postcode it seemed to encompass the general area of the airport now I am familiar with the area I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook imagine and also it is only a 4minute walk”
