“I struggled to find the car park, even using the address and postcode in my satnav. I tried to phone the contact number but nobody answered and I couldn't see any signage. Eventually, I had to park in the Long Stay car park which cost me £45 for the 12 hours.”
“There was no transport to the airport, the reception said the vehicle was off the road due to the council. We had to drag our luggage a good 7min walk across main roads to arrivals.
The car park is not secure it’s just a unit of many within an industrial estate. We arrived back at 0100hrs and walked back to the car park and the gates were wide open to the industrial estate with no security.
To us it just looked like someone had setup in a unit within an industrial estate of many units and called it a secure car parking facility. No idea where our car was parked.”

But my car had been blocked in by a van on another unit's space. Owner not happy and I got an earful of his dissatisfaction before he moved to let me drive off.
