“All good except on booking it said a transfer mini bus to airport we had to walk and had a lady in our party who struggled as just getting over a serious illness we asked about a lift attendant refused pouring with rain too.
No issue with car parking all great a lift to airport as described on booking would have been a 10”
“Shuttle advertised for £3. On arrival at 7am this option was not available and we were told it was a short walk to the airport but - not I feel with baggage -and anyway, we booked on the basis of park and ride. They offered a staff member to drive to the airport drop off park which cost us £5. On return scheduled for about 1am the flight was delayed by about 1 hour. After bag retrieval, I phoned Imagine as directed. No reply to either number. After a few tries, I began to walk to the park leaving my wife to stay with the bags in the airport arrivals. I eventually spoke to someone at Imagine when I was within minutes of the park. I did at least receive an apology but no explanation. Again of course, I had to drive to the drop off car park costing a further £5 and causing further inconvenience.
Not a satisfactory experience. Very poor service and certainly not as advertised.”
