“Obviously at this time of year (November), the tree isn’t going to look it’s best. However about six branches were broken when delivered. This could have happened anytime throughout your process. I have planted the tree and await to see how it handles the winter. Apart from the branches, I have no doubt that it will recover next year. I would order from you again”

Thanks very much for your feedback and we are so sorry to hear about the broken branches. We do send in our deliveries and feedback emails a request that a photo is sent to us within 3 days of delivery of any damaged or unaccepted plants in order that we can give further advice (in the rare circumstance of any issue ) and we can put your mind at rest or replace to ensure that resolved to your satisfaction. We do not appear to have received a photo yet so I will ask our customer services to contact you to discuss this issue with you.
