“I was expecting to receive a mature full tree as per the picture but was very disappointed to receive essentially a thin thrunk with very little foliage. I emailed to complain and have been assured that this type of tree is pruned hard to ensure full even foliage as the tree matures further. We have now planted the tree and have our fingers crossed it grows into something compatible to the picture on your website!”
