“The tree is a good size - a bit bigger than expected - and I am well pleased with it. The earth in the pot was rather dry, but it is March, and maybe such trees are deliberately kept thus at this time of the year. Evergreens don't wilt so it is hard to assess the health of the tree on arrival, but I expect it will be fine, thanks.”
