“I use these in my wood turning workshop to apply various finishes to my work. That rages from isopropyl alcohol for cleaning he surface, shellac solution before the final coats of wax. As they are non woven they are safe to use on pieces that are turning at speeds up to 2000rpm. If there is a catch they rip where cloth could cause injury by pulling your hand into the lathe.”
