“Later came the towels, terrible quality. From all four towels of different colors, the pile comes out. After washing, nothing has changed, it only got worse. I have been using bamboo towels bought from another country for 10 years now and have never seen anything like it. The store refuses to return the money. I do not recommend anything from this store.”

Hi Sergei We are sorry to hear this, i have checked and your review is not entirely true. As we can see from the email trail you were offered the chance to return the towels to be checked and a refund would then be issued. As is standard practice with all retail companies the defected items have to be returned and checked before a refund is given which you were not prepared to do. Best regards Paragon
