“A beautiful-looking pen, and I loved that I could choose my colours, but unfortunately I can't get on with it for writing. The ink flow is poor - it's ok for a few words, then becomes scratchy, and I have to position my hand to an angle that feels unnatural for me. It also feels top-heavy. Pens are very subjective and what works for one person doesn't for another, and sadly this one isn't for me.”

The issue with the ink definitely sounds unusual so if you'd like to keep the pen please let us know on support@papier.com and we'll be happy to send some replacement refills free of charge which should resolve it. Alternatively if you're like to return the pen due to the weighting issue then returns are free for 30 days.

“You can tell just from the weight and design of this pen that it is a high quality item. I immediately feel more important and intelligent just holding it. My only issue is that, probably due to the way I write, the flow of ink is not always consistent and so some writing is very clear and black and some is a bit thinner and more scratchy looking.”
