“I was very disappointed with this year’s leather diary. Other leather diaries have been hard back and great quality - this looks like pleather and is soft back. It looks cheap but really wasn’t! I did complain and was offered a refund for a return or 15% discount. I took the latter on the grounds that my personalised diary would have been destroyed which is wasteful. But I won’t buy again after years of only having Papier diaries. A shame - my 2024 diary was so lovely, this one looks like I bought it from B&M for £3.99.”
