“The initial Sage Border Rehearsal Dinner invitations were printed on the premium card stock paper. The Sage border was uneven around all four sides of the invitation and the basic template (provided by Papier) relative to the page set up and font recommendations appeared to be too small for the size of the card. Upon receipt of the second re-order, we could only use half of the invitations because there was a black ink smudge on 10 of the 20 invitations. We ordered a vellum wrap from another vendor so we were able to wrap the invitations and disguise the flaws of the product. The poor quality and the lack of attention to the minor details looked as if it was printed by an inexperienced production team.”
