“The notecards were a big disappointment. The paper stock was cheap and felt like cardboard, the ends were white even though the sides were blue. I threw these away and ordered something else”

“I ordered what seemed like a lovely stationary set as a gift from Papier. The first set along with my entire order of custom journals arrived completely damaged by water in a soaking wet cardboard envelope package. Keep in mind Papier does nothing to protect their product from the elements during shipping and simply places the exposed paper and journals in cardboard boxes with no packing materials or protective plastic covering. Customer service was wonderful and immediately responded and had my complete order remade and resent. But not rushed. Two weeks later I received the new order. This time the complete order was damaged from rattling around in, once again, a cardboard box with no protection. The notecards and envelopes are simple bound by a paper wrap and ripped. The corners of all the cards were bent, discolored and ripped. The custom journals had damaged and worn edges from rubbing inside the cardboard boxes during shipping. You just expect more from a company with such lovely branding and products and I was so disappointed. Your purchases will most likely not arrive in a condition worthy of gift giving.”

“I wish the back came white so that there was more room for writing Also wish it was possible for the envelopes to come with a prewritten return address Otherwise quality is lovely and really like them!”
