“The quality of the photos was appalling, they were professionally taken and so I know it wasn’t the quality of the photos themselves. The photos appeared to have lines all over them. We were sent a replacement book which had the exact same issue. I have to say that customer services were good and replied quickly and the book itself was nice and I liked the style but the printing the book was rubbish. I would not recommend!!!”
We're so sorry to hear this! It does sound like an unusual issue as it's not normal for a printing glitch to happen twice in a row, if you could send over some photos of the replacement photo book with the issue to support@papier.com we'll be happy to assist with a fix or a full refund.

“The black and white photos have come up very poor, not as good quality as the colour photos. The photos were all high resolution from my wedding photographer, so I was a little disappointed. This was a gift for my mum and i was going to order one for myself, but I think I've changed my mind after seeing this one”
