“Awful service and product, I would not recommend. I ordered this as a wedding gift for a friend and it arrived damaged and had splats of ink over the photos and book. We got in touch with them and explained the damage and sent photos - they replied and said they'd send out a new one but it wouldn't arrive in time for the wedding we were attending. I explained that this wasn't good enough and we couldn't turn up empty handed. I gave the book to the couple anyway and explained that a new one was on the way but we didn't want to turn up empty handed. Papier, despite ruining this experience for us refunded the postage only! £7 after causing us stress and embarassment. Don't want £50+ on this, its not good value for money and their customer service is a joke!”

“I love these books. I make one for me and my partner every year for our anniversary. The pictures come out great quality and they are really easy to make. Be nice to have a few more layout options but if you’ve got the know how you can do that on illustrator.”
