“I bought this for my baby daughter to give to her father on his birthday. The night before Papier told me it wasn’t going to arrive. There was no apology. Just a bot response telling me the shipping would be upgraded. Since it arrived a week late it was impossible to tell whether this actually happened. When the item finally arrived it had what looked like white paint encrusting some of the pages. I frankly can’t be bothered to complain because I know they don’t care but asking me to offer a positive review is just a joke.”
