“Ordered two books, both arrived with damaged spines and torn paper on the inside. Customer service would only offer me a 20% refund. I have emailed further to ask for a full refund but not received a response. Very disappointed with Papier as I thought I was paying a premium for good quality and that is not the case from what I was sent.”
