“Well presented volume but, as usual with books from Mr Mooney, this one could have done with an editor or proof reader to not let the numerous typos, spelling mistakes and mixture of lower and upper case be in the finished article. On page 124 there is the beginning of a sentence (three words) and then....nothing further. If the job of proof reading is available I would gladly volunteer.”
