Stunning! Highly detailed text on the events that transpired in 1944, complimented by a superb array of maps and photographs.

Wow oh wow! Arrived well packaged. This is a big book with a ton of photos and very clear maps - something so many other books are missing. This is well worth the price.

An excellent book, exhaustively researched with many unique photos. the third part of an extensive trilogy about the war in NW Europe after the Normandy campaign. The other recommended titles being Kampfgruppe Walther and Autumn Gale. This book in particular fills a huge gap in the documented history of the 15th Armee. It’s almost miraculous escape during the Allied advance & the story of Market Garden.

I haven't read the book yet - but it looks very nice and the paper/binding seems to be of good quality.

This book for me fills a gap - the retreat of this Army from Normandy The text reads well, it is informative and the book is very well illustrated- captions are concise and photos are well described. The book has been produced to very high standards and everything in it is pin sharp. I am more than delighted with the quality of the book and the account given.
