“If you’re a fan of the Sicilian and/or Italian campaigns from a German perspective you can’t beat these books! Great value for the money, 3 volumes out so far and most of the pictures are not mainstream published. Captions are very descriptive, as a model builder you can’t beat the clarity of the vehicle photos but also the pics of the area that they fought in…highly recommended!!”

“As the title states, this is Volume III in the series, and while not quite the more dramatic offering of the previous two, it's still worth getting. This time, the authors spend a little more time with each subject, viewing it from different angles and drawing your attention to points you may have missed. The previous tombs dealt more with the heavier Axis fighting vehicles. This time, it's a more middle-weight approach, showing you the vehicles that formed the backbone of the German fighting force, not just the propaganda machine.”
