“Excellent smyth sewn binding with all the usual 3 D shots and line drawings etc. What makes this edition great aside from that are the Map books - which are marked with unit locations - however I spotted a fair few errors in terms of the referencing and some colour plates seem to be inaccurate in their descriptions. Should that stop you from buying this volume? I would say no. It really is a beautiful edition and the errors I reckon most if not all can be corrected with a little investigation. Superb! I’d recommend the 2nd volume for the interior shots but would ponder on getting the 3rd. I would rate Vol II even higher than Vol I because I love interiors!”
