“Nombreuses photos mais peu de blindés, rien à voir avec les publications Canfora sur les AFV photo album. Par contre les témoignages photographiques de ce mois de mai 1945 en Tchécoslovaquie sont très intéressant. Belle série sur des épaves d'avions allemands. Si vous comprenez le tchèque tant mieux !”

“If only I could read Czech! But I am content to explore the copious photographs in the book, which give a fascinating insight into the chaos of the end of the war, with the sheer scale of the detrius of kit and equipment lying around central Europe.”

“Fascinating pictorial account of a small part of Czechoslovakia during the last days of the war. Plenty of inspiration for modellers too. We have German and Russian vehicles as well as plenty of lend-lease US equipment. Although text is in the original language vehicle names are easy to spot and there's a short summary in English and Russian at the end. Recommended.”
