“A very interesting set of photographs covering many aspects of life in a German Army unit. Excellent shots of vehicles and uniforms should cater for all. A modest price too. Looking forward to the next volume for sure.”

“Interesting themed collection of photos of a solder as he moved through the ranks of Sturmgeschütz-Abteilung 189 while the units switches from the ausf B to F. Some vehicles appear a couple of times at different points in their service life and show some of the wear and tear that the StuGs went through. There are some photos of crewmen repainting their StuG after winter, no doubt making sure it was the correct RAL colour!”
