A great book on the technical aspects of the KingTiger, from design to technical drawings and history. My only gripe is that the pages have a printed destressed/blueprint markings on them (look at front cover) and for me, personally I found it a distraction. But reality is that this book is packed with info and one looks past it. Worthy addition to any bookshelf.

As a scale modeler with a particular interest in the subject matter, I can't get enough reference information about the King Tiger. Sure, there's an awful lot out there already and I have accumulated most of it, but I am nothing but delighted about the content of this book. Here you will find the whole story of design, construction and development, told not only in text but also with lots of detailed drawings and photo's. It can only add to what you may already know.

Good evening. Based on the book: The quality of the photos, to put it mildly, is below average. Drawings made with German originals, like. The projections of the general types of the tank made by the WG contain some errors. Many repetitions from other publications. In general, the 10-point scale - 6 points.   For fans of this tank, good. Best regards, Dmitry.

Useful partner to Jentz and Doyle's Schiffer book on the Tiger II. Main interest for me was the Russian evaluation of the Tiger II. Added to my knowledge of the vehicle although some of the photos were quite grainy and the use a 'distressed' paper as a background made some of the text less than clear. Nice clean pages are required!

Some photos had legend incorrect so maybe... in the text ? And again, about photos, curious choice to put the text in cartouche on photo ! Colour profils are excellent. Some drawing plan are too small and not easy to understand. Disapointed by too little photographs of Kassel factory after the war. And the too rare are bad quality.
