Basé à Saint-Nazaire durant ses campagnes puis la dernière année de guerre à Dantzig et fin du bateau à Wilhelmshaven. Nombreuses photos, très nettes, en large format. Toujours la même très bonne qualité des ouvrages chez cet éditeur. Un ouvrage incontournable pour les passionnés de U-Boots.”

“Any book by Luftfahrt Verlag is worth buying. Superb productions in every way, and this is no exception. Not cheap, but excellent value considering the quality of the information, art work and photographs, all of which have a sharply defined clarity. These books are the creme of military publishing. Urbanke and Rey have done themselves - and us - proud by U-552. Buy this - and all others by Luftfahrt. None better.”
