“A quite superb book which details the formation of the division and deployment up until D Day. The text is extremely informative, and the mass of photographs are unequalled in range, detail and clarity, so that even a non-French speaker would gain much. Excellent, and though pricey, well worth the money.”

“A beautifully put together book. My French is spotty but what this really is, is a picture book with literally hundreds upon hundreds of images. I'm a 1/6th figure modeler and will surely reference this book for a lot of my WW2 projects. If you own the previous Vol. 2 of this book series then this is a must. This one like the last one will be rare soon and will be hard to get or buy at a reasonable price.”

“Superb new book,worth every penny.All new research with many new personal accounts from the the institution of the division to training and instruction in Belgium and France.The photographic content is outstanding with many new images donated from members of the division and from collections.Print quality is outstanding and the binding is superb.I am very pleased with it and look forward to volume 2.”
