“Yet again the author has discovered photographs unseen by the reviewer despite my possession of most of the old Munin Verlag/ Motor Books divisional photo albums. Despite being in french, language is no particular hurdle as most illustrations are self explanatory. I have the other two albums already published and do not intend to stop there. These are well researched and the author names names; there are colour profiles in this and the volume on Das Reich, but not in that of Hitler Jugend for some reason. Highly recommended; let us hope the author turns his head towards the Eastern Front in the future.”

“Unfortunately many pictures of the crew. Not so many "new" German pictures of the Panther and the PzkfW IV. So many pictures of a broken down/destroyed (french/British/American)pictures of the Panther and the PzkfW IV. Although good research. I bought the book for modelling (1/35)and hoped for "new" or unknown German action pictures, but there are not so many pictures of this kind in this book. But maybe I have to many books. The book about Das Reich was better.”
